The aluminum honeycomb panel is fully made of aluminum. Its face sheets,
back sheets and core materials are all crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy.
The inner layer consists of hexagonal aluminum honeycomb cells.
These compact honeycomb structures interlock with each other to disperse pressure applied on the panel surface.
A thin adhesive layer is coated on the aluminum sheets to firmly bond the honeycomb core to the upper and lower aluminum panels. Accordingly,
the honeycomb panel boasts the advantages of light weight, high strength and excellent rigidity.
